About the Club
I would like to express my thanks for the support we have received the Wrap Around Care provision we established in 2022. I am delighted to say that we will have the capacity to increase the number of children in both Breakfast and After School Club. If you are interested in securing a place for your child/ren please email [email protected] and we will make the necessary arrangements.
As a reminder, the provision is led and managed by the Headteacher and the Governing Body of the school. All policies that relate to the school apply to the provision to continue the values and ethos of the school. It is available to all Greenleas Primary School pupils from Foundation 2 to Year 6 during term time (but excluding Staff Development Days). Our dedicated, qualified staff will care for your child and ensure that they are happy and having fun. There are a wide range of activities to take part in including craft, organised group games and a wide range of resources to play with.
Breakfast Club The morning session runs from 7:30am -8:45am at a current cost of £5 (10% discount for siblings)
After School Club The afternoon session will runs from 3:15pm -5:45pm at a current cost of £8 (10% discount for siblings)
A range of healthy snacks are provided. Fresh fruit, water and milk is also available.
All bookings are made and paid for via ParentPay. Though arrangements can be made for direct payments into our Bank Account. Additionally, tax free childcare vouchers can be used towards payment.
Regular Set Bookings will secure a place on specified days. Bookings need to be made at least 5 working days before the date. We request 2 weeks notice if you need to cancel a session. Non-attendance without notice will incur the full session charge. These measures are in place to ensure we can plan and staff the club accordingly in line with Ofsted regulations.
Ad-hoc Bookings For those occasions when parents need to book their children into the club at short notice, we may be able to accommodate this providing there is space available.
