Positive Behaviour and Relationships

At Greenleas, we aim to create a safe and happy environment where good behaviour enables all to feel secure and where children are ready to engage in learning. Everyone (children and adults) in our school is expected to maintain the highest standards of personal conduct, to accept responsibility for their behaviour and encourage others to do the same. We recognise that each child is an individual with differing needs. Only through a consistent approach to supporting their behaviour will we be able to achieve an environment in which children can learn and develop as caring and responsible citizens.
